Montecristo sas, in quality of manager of gloo.it, in conformity with the art. 10 law 675/96, declares that:

1. The data come collected for the recording of the customer and the consequent activation of the services and the previewed communications. Such data come electronically dealt in conformity with the enforced laws.

2. The bestowal of the data has obligatory nature in how much necessary for the verification of the recording and contestuale activation of the services.

3. The eventual removal or refusal of bestowal of the data reserves to gloo.it the right of cessation of the service in object.

4. The data could be communicated to subjects delegated to the development of functions inherent to the service rendered and diffuse exclusively in the within of the connected purposes to such service.

5. Services not distributed directly from gloo.it exist, but proposals in agreement with other managers, in such case, where need the recording to the aim of the distribution of the service, the data will come managed from the third part owner of the same service.

6. In conformity with the art. 13 law 675/96, the interested one can approach the personal data conferred and will ask the modification or the erasure.
